With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kurstin Berriman has cemented her reputation as a creative and accomplished chef with a refined style and passion for locally sourced ingredients.
She has worked in a variety of industry settings, from catering to casual and fine dining, winning numerous awards for her cooking. Kurstin's previous placements include Restaurant Synergy, Meehan's, Rick Stein Padstow UK, Piermont and Prospect House.
Her cooking philosophy is centred on celebrating seasonal, sustainable and regional produce.
